Using English Speaking Coach
English Speaking Coach is a voice-first English speaking practice product: you speak, an AI coach responds, corrects important mistakes, and helps you practice further. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Please use the app for its intended purpose: practicing spoken English. Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or bypass the service usage limits, and do not use it for anything illegal.
About the AI coaching
The questions, corrections, and explanations from the coach are generated by an AI model. Like any AI system, it can occasionally be wrong, unclear, or imperfect. It is a practice tool, not a certified teacher, a placement exam, or a guarantee of any specific learning outcome, fluency level, or exam score.
Subscriptions
Where the app offers a paid subscription, purchases are billed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms, including billing, renewal, and refunds. We do not process payments ourselves. Deleting your English Speaking Coach account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google; that is managed separately through the store you subscribed with.
Changes to the service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time. Where practical, we will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Ownership
The app itself, including its design, content, and underlying technology, belongs to its creators. You keep the rights to what you say or write while practicing; using the app means you allow us to process that content as described in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide the service to you.
Ending your account
You may request deletion of your account at any time from Settings, when that feature is available on your version of the app. We may also suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.
No warranty
The service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. We will update the date shown near the top of this page when we do.
